The Doorstep Data system provides estate agents with a bespoke report for any residential property in England, Scotland and Wales. Doorstep Data employs the same groundbreaking technology used in the Property Price Advice website, together with information from the Land Registry, the Office of National Statistics, and the Department forCommunities and Local Government.

The partnership between fish4homes and Property Price Advice means that the service is available to all estate agents in England, Scotland and Wales. By using an estate agent who subscribes to the Doorstep Data service, you will be given a report prepared specifically for the property you are discussing whether you are looking to buy or sell which together with your estate agents local knowledge and expertise, should provide you with all you need to help you make an informed decision about your next move.
